Refund policy

At JOY ATHLETIC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days of receiving your package.


Special Exchange and Return Conditions

Please note that during promotional periods, such as Black Friday or Boxing Day, exchange and return conditions differ from our standard policy.
Purchases made during these periods are eligible for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. In such cases, the details will be clearly displayed on our website before completing your purchase.


Eligibility Conditions for Exchanges or Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
  • It must be returned in its original condition, with all tags still attached.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused, and no refund or exchange will be issued.


Return Fees

Please note that return shipping fees, as well as the cost of shipping a new item, are the responsibility of the customer. A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund or charged during an exchange through our self-service return center to cover the return label we provide.


Exchange and Refund Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Go directly to our self-service return center and enter your order number and postal code.
  • Follow the instructions to complete your exchange or refund request.
  • We provide a return label for a $15 fee.
  • Pack unworn, unwashed, unstained, and undamaged items with tags still attached in a return bag.
  • Include the order slip provided with the return label so we can process your request.

Once we receive your item and it is approved by our team, we will proceed with the exchange or refund depending on availability and conditions.


Notes

  • Once a return or exchange request has been submitted through our self-service return center, you have 14 days to send back your order. After that, your return will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, once approved by our team. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the returned item does not meet our quality standards.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

JOY ATHLETIC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier used (Purolator, Canada Post, Livrapide, UPS). We will provide any necessary information to assist you with your claim.
