Carrier
All our orders are shipped via Canada Post or an equivalent carrier, depending on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following confirmation of your purchase.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that delays may occur during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email at the address provided during checkout.
Shipping Fees
- $15 CAD for all orders under $200 CAD (before taxes and fees)
- Free shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more
